In common with all of the residents within Belarmine, Belarmine Woods & Belarmine Plaza, you are invited to consider participating in our Neighbourhood Watch.

Neighbourhood Watch is a crime prevention programme designed to encourage the community to cooperate with the local Gardai in reducing opportunities for crime. The underlying principle objective is to watch over each other and become good and caring neighbours.

This involves:

• Neighbours getting to know each other and working together with the local Gardai to reduce opportunities for crime
• Reporting suspicious activities to the Gardai
• Looking out for older and vulnerable members of the community

Under no circumstances does it involve any form of patrolling or formation of vigilante groups.

Before a scheme can be established in Belarmine, it will be necessary that positive support exists for it. You are therefore requested to respond to the following questions by placing a tick in the appropriate box.
